Who We Are
Principal Strategist
Fred Haas, PE
Fred brings over 40 years of experience as a Civil Engineer, with more than 20 years as the owner of his own firm. Specializing in land development, drainage/floodplain studies, and solid/hazardous waste landfill design, Fred has obtained entitlements and permits for numerous diverse projects. His engineering prowess extends to designing a variety of projects ranging from dams to monorails.
Now, Fred leverages his extensive expertise to focus on land development, with a particular emphasis on fostering opportunities for sustainable residential land development, aiming to create thriving, eco-friendly communities.
